In 2009, based on the existing two sewage stations, Fuji-ta Group demolished and built the advanced sewage stations with new local standards. Specific implementations were:

I. Based on the existing sewage stations, the company built a set of preliminary sewage treatment facilities, subsequent MBR membrane modules which could stably reduce the COD content in sewage and other related treatment facilities.

II. After transformation, the underground sewage pipe network and newly-built recycled water pipe network could use recycled water as much as possible, so as to save water resources.

The above two transformations can increase the COD standard from the original 150mg/l to 60mg/l, achieve the sewage treatment capacity of 80m³/H, reduce the COD emissions to 26.01 tons/year, and enhance other indicators. The sewage station project can realize the multi-level reuse of water. These treatments reflect the social responsibility of Fuji-ta Group, conserving the water resources and making a contribution to social environmental protection.

Waste Gas Treatment Facilities


The waste gas caused by bicycle coating consists of two parts: the paint mist particulate matter generated from the spraying process and the VOCs produced from the spraying and drying processes. Fuji-ta Group actively promoted and organized the transformation of industrial waste gas treatment. It made a total investment of 12.1 million Yuan in the first-phase industrial waste gas treatment project, took the initiative to adopt the ecological low-temperature plasma gas treatment technology, integrated the oxidation as an optimization measure, and achieved the convenience and low energy consumption brought by the low-temperature plasma technology. By the application of catalytic oxidation, the Company guaranteed the treatment efficiency and met the requirements over new VOCs emission standards in Tianjin, China. After putting into operation, the project substantially reduced air pollution, improved the working environment for employees, and laid a foundation for the healthy, efficient and long-term development of our enterprise.


The water-based paint is one of the environmental-friendly paints promoted by cleaner production. The batch production and use of water-based paint for the bicycle industry has been a goal pursued by Fuji-ta Group. Over the years, Fuji-ta Group has discussed with paint manufacturers to improve the resin system of water-based paint, and discussed with electrostatic equipment manufacturers to transform the electrostatic water-based paint spraying devices. Fuji-ta Group always attaches great importance to the improvements in electrostatic spraying delivery, drying equipment and other water-based paint processes. While constantly enhancing the application property of water-based paint, it also tests and improves the compliance degree of VOCs. Fuji-ta Group has a unwavering belief that the water-based paint will replace the solvent-based paint. It began to try this kind of paint in 2008, and finally realized the batch application of electrostatic spraying for water-based paint in an uninterrupted way.

Through years of practical experience, Fuji-ta Group has fully mastered the application technology of water-based paint, realized the industrial application, and met the customer requirements on diversified color. Facts have proved that replacing solvent-based paint with water-based paint is not only an effective measure for energy saving, emission reducing, environmental protection and protection of employees’ occupational health, but also an important method to implement the cleaner production.


By adopting MBR biological membrane process, Fuji-ta Group filters the phosphate sewage at the final sewage station and thoroughly disposes of the sewage. Through the membrane processing equipment, the Group enables the sewage after disposal to realize the stable standardized emission, resulting in a great waste of water resources. Therefore, after implementing the water-saving measures, the Group reuses the recycled water for phosphate water, workshop spraying water and fire-fighting water, saving 40-60 tons fresh water per day. Besides, after implementing this scheme,, the phosphate workpiece conforms to all test standards. Facts have proved that the application of surface treatment line sewage not only ensures the inherent quality of products, but also saves costs and brings more economic benefits for the Group.
